All deliveries are made through a trusted local courier service. The delivery charges depend on the weight of the purchase.

Ordering and Payment
Making a purchase with F.A. Supplies couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy in order to add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the checkout button, and you will be guided through our simple checkout procedure. The order will be sent via email to the company, to make arrangements to prepare the order. Orders can also be taken directly via telephone 70001077.
We accept bank transfer payments, cheques and cash payments. All clients will be issued an invoice with the order and a receipt on payment of products.
How We Will Dispatch Your Order
We will dispatch your order to your company information, which is given when you place your order. We send orders by courier service (Akis Express Cyprus) or another service if the client wishes.
Our aim is to deliver your ‘complete order’ within 3 to 5 working days but, on rare occasions, deliveries can take a little longer when items are out of stock or, if you have placed an order for an item that we don’t normally hold in stock. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to check the status of a particular product.
What to Do When Your Order Arrives
Please check your order carefully when it arrives as we cannot accept claims for missing or damaged goods if you have not notified us via telephone or by email within 3 days of the delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from F.A. Supplies then you have 14 working days to do so. Call at 70001077 direct line before you send back any product.
The returned goods must be in a reusable state and should also be returned with their original packing.
A refund or replacement would be provided where applicable; otherwise a credit note will be issued.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
Occasionally, we may need to substitute a particular brand if an item becomes unavailable, however, this will always be of equal or greater value than the original item ordered and you may return it for a full refund if you do not wish to accept the alternative offered.
